Express is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

The Sales Associate provides an excellent in-store shopping experience and assists with tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure safety and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Follow company policies to ensure safety for all staff and customers.
  • Assist with product launches according to SOP.
  • Provide a great customer experience and deliver on the customer experience model.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues positively and escalate when necessary, communicating all issues and resolutions to management.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
  • Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience, minimum 6 months.
  • Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
  • Physical requirements met.
Critical Skills & Attributes
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
