General Warehouse Associate

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated General Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position that plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, including pulling, receiving, staging, and assembling merchandise. You’ll be trained and certified across multiple departments and expected to flex where needed to support the flow of operations.

• Pick and pull merchandise for deliveries and customer pickups
• Receive, unload, and inspect merchandise for damage
• Assemble furniture and prep items for the floor using hand tools
• Load merchandise accurately based on manifest (SKU & description)
• Support staging, floor setup, and customer pickup departments
• Ensure merchandise is clean, complete, and ready for presentation
• Move merchandise using dollies or forklifts as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior distribution or warehouse experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to complete all required safety training and assessments
• Ability to pass a lift test and wear steel-toed boots

• Know how to follow directions but can also work independently
• Take pride in keeping things organized and done right the first time
• Aren’t afraid of physical work — you’re able to lift 50 lbs. and stay on your feet
• Show up on time, ready to work, and keep safety a priority
