Bench Site Manager - Green Clean Express Auto Wash

** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
** sales goals, educate on the benefits of our unlimited wash club memberships, as well as Maintain in-depth knowledge of wash equipment and the entire wash process to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing or operational role. At least 2 years of customer service experience with proven de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.

Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
