Your Role
** As a Team Leader, your role involves supporting the site's facility and operations responsibilities. Contribute to delivering outstanding customer service, boosting sales growth, and upholding stringent quality standards.

Educate customers about the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.  Aspire for excellence in all tasks, consistently setting an example through leadership. Exceed expectations and uphold accountability in all responsibilities. Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 25lbs.
