YOUR ROLE As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• You have a passion for driving sales:
  As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results.
• People leadership:
  Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values. Act as a role-model leader and hold associates accountable to AEO's service standards, especially on the Sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Talent, training and development:
  Recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs. Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork and performance feedback:
  Set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing real-time coaching, motivate and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Visual and operational execution:
  Implement daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. Ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity and safety:
  Maintain store safety standards, uphold Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO policies and do the right thing – always.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
