Part-Time Sales Associate

Join MINISO USA as a Part‑Time Sales Associate and be the front‑line ambassador delivering an outstanding customer experience. In this role you will greet customers, recommend products, process sales, and support store promotion and visual merchandising to drive sales performance.

• Promptly greet and assist customers, acknowledging their presence and efficiently manage multiple customers at once.
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs using product knowledge to guide them to relevant merchandise and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability.
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards by keeping displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Show comprehensive product knowledge to recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas following safety protocols.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that supports the business, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel as necessary.

• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Basic math abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience preferred.

USD $12.00 – $17.00 per hour. Part‑time, Entry‑level.
