Position Summary: The Full-Time Associate assists the store management with daily operations, including customer service, sales, merchandising, and other duties as assigned. All activities should be performed professionally, courteously, reliably, and with a focus on results.

• Build customer relationships through excellent service, assisting customers in a professional and attentive manner.
• Maintain fashion and trend knowledge to effectively sell merchandise and meet customer needs.
• Assist with shipments, restocking, merchandising, and pricing.
• Maintain a positive attitude and comply with all company policies.
• Support loss prevention efforts and enforce security procedures.
• Follow proper point of sale procedures, balance cash, and investigate discrepancies.
• Keep management informed of important developments and potential issues.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The standard work week is 35-40 hours.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent command of English for communication with management, customers, and staff.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs.
• Basic fashion knowledge and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in multiple stores within the district.

• Stand for extended periods, lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
• Reliable transportation is required.
