Support Associate - Chico's

Join our team as a Support Associate at Chico's FAS, Inc. for the holiday season. This is a seasonal position with employment ending no later than January 16, 2022. We are now accepting applications from individuals aged 16 and above at this location.

Location:

1860 Laskin Rd, 115A & 116, Virginia Beach, VA

Position Objective: Support a customer and product-focused sales culture through merchandise handling, stock processing, and organization. Promote our core principles to ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and replenishment.
• Merchandising new products promptly.
• Entering receiving documents, reconciling invoices, and managing store transfers.
• Handling visual materials and signage.
• Participating in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Assisting with visual displays and store cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 or older; 18 or older for some roles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Walking/standing for 67-100% of shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
