Overview
Job Duties:
Responsible for assembling resident trays, breakdown and cleaning resident trays, assisting with keeping the department clean, and assisting with basic food preparation. Work without constant supervision, be aware of speed and time constraints. Be able to follow verbal or written instructions.

- Food Preparation:
Ability to prepare meals according to recipes and dietary restrictions using various kitchen equipment and utensils. - Food Safety and Sanitation:
Maintain a clean and safe environment; knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. - Knowledge of Nutrition:
Understanding basic nutrition principles and dietary restrictions relevant to meal preparation. - Operating Kitchen Equipment:
Proficient with various kitchen appliances and tools.
