Shift Manager - Franchise - 4220 Independence Blvd - Virginia Beach, VA
Join Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants as a Shift Manager at our Virginia Beach location. This role is responsible for assisting the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each shift. The Shift Manager is the "Every Shift" Leader, reporting to the Assistant Manager or General Manager, and supervises restaurant employees.
We seek motivated, service-oriented individuals with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
