- Responsible for all food preparation such as hot and cold food prep including vegetables, salad, baking, proteins, and desserts.
- Work with special diets.
- Serve meals in a resident dining area.
- Assemble assorted diet food, mechanically altered, other requirements and daily snacks.
- Responsible for next day breakfast, lunch, or dinner prep and catered/special events prep.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Must be Serv Safe certified within one year of employment.
- Hampton Roads Fats, Oil, and Grease Training aka HR F.O.G. Certification Required
- Three years experience in institutional food preparation or related field is desirable.
