About the Role

The Waitstaff position is responsible for providing professional, efficient, accurate and friendly service to our residents in accordance with our standards of practice. Waitstaff will greet residents, take orders, process orders through a Point of Sales system with a calm, friendly demeanor in keeping with a fine dining experience.

• Works as a team to provide a friendly and enjoyable dining experience.
• Maintains a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures.
• Uses professional communication skills and answers menu questions while taking food orders.

Entry level – no experience necessary. Prior food service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to interact with residents, kitchen staff, and dining team members.
• Organization and time‑management skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.

Earn a competitive hourly rate based on years of experience. Flexible shifts available, 7 days a week.

Additional Compensation Includes:

• Hourly employees:
  • 1.5x Holiday Pay
  • 1.5x Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week
• Full‑time employees:
  • Generous PTO beginning with a maximum of 104 hours annually
