About the Role

The ideal candidate is an organized, disciplined multitasker with strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. This individual is optimistic, professional, proactive, and takes initiative to research issues, learn new skills, and solve problems independently. The successful candidate will be ethical, trustworthy, reliable, and comfortable working with numbers, summaries, and analytical decision-making.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Coordinate appointments, update listings, meet prospective tenants, conduct property inspections, and check vacant units
  • Assist in preparing vacant units for showings and move-ins
  • Process leasing applications, renewals, extensions, and amendments
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to address tenant issues efficiently and professionally
  • Follow up with tenants to ensure satisfaction and resolution
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and applicable property laws
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the property management software system
  • Collaborate with the development team on new projects involving city agencies, contractors, architects, and engineers
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflicts with professionalism
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Positive, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Required Skills

Strong decision-making ability, financial acumen, leadership skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with both commercial and residential assets, knowledge of real estate regulations, and ability to generate new business.
