Bay Beach Veterinary Hospital also has an Emergency Practice sister hospital located just 20 minutes away open 24/7.

We are seeking a veterinary student extern to join our 6-doctor general practice. We have a strong focus on maintaining exceptional client communication, patient care and medical protocol standards. We believe every patient and client deserves the best medicine and care we can offer. Bay Beach Veterinary Hospital also has a multi-doctor emergency practice located just 20 minutes away.

• Participate in clinical rounds and observe/assist in patient care under supervision.
• Access mentorship from multiple veterinarians and gain exposure to basic surgical procedures.
• Observe visiting specialists providing echocardiogram and advanced ultrasound services.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to support patient care and client communication.

• Currently enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary school (VMD or DVM degree path).
