There is also a wide range of outdoor activities and quick access to the mountains and ocean. An array of dog parks and outdoor activities like hiking are available along with much more to do and see.

Highlights:

• Base salary for experienced, full‑time emergency veterinarians:
  Up to 225k
• Commitment/relocation bonus: up to 75k for a 3 year commitment (range based on schedule and experience level)

• Optional production bonus plan with monthly reset and no negative accrual
• Skilled, experienced, accountable and collaborative doctors and support staff
• Experienced ER Practice Manager

• 25 credentialed technicians between the GP and ER locations
• Visiting specialists provide echocardiogram and advanced ultrasound services

Who we are looking for:

• Full or part‑time Emergency Veterinarian - variety of shifts available. Overnight shift rotations are a requirement.
• Early career veterinarians seeking mentorship and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply; we have successfully mentored several new graduates.
