• Work with a diverse caseload including cats, dogs, exotics, and avian patients

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Virginia
• A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment
• Enthusiastic about lifelong learning and mentorship—either giving or receiving
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload, including exotics
• Competitive base salary $130K–$160K+ (Pro-Sal or salary options available)
