Blue Pearl Emergency Pet Hospital is seeking a part-time Emergency Veterinarian to work at our clinics in the Virginia Beach area. We offer a collaborative work environment that provides opportunities to work closely with specialists to provide high-quality care. You will work with highly qualified technicians and be part of a team of specialists and emergency doctors with many years of experience.

Our culture is team-oriented, fun, and impactful. Our Blue Pearl Town Center hospital is located in Virginia Beach, VA. The 14,000 square foot facility is open 24 hours, 7 days a week and offers services including round-the-clock emergency medicine, cardiology, internal medicine, oncology, soft tissue surgery and orthopedic surgery. We offer advanced treatment and diagnostic services, including a 64-slice CT scanner, telemetry, ultrasound, digital radiography and GI endoscopy.

The atmosphere promotes outstanding patient care, learning and growing with training programs through Blue Pearl University and Blue Pearl Science. Our hospital has a collaborative, positive, efficient, and encouraging work environment in a great location. We strive to provide up-to-date techniques to maintain cutting edge veterinary medicine. The support staff is highly skilled and maintains the highest quality of medicine. The entire team works well together.

Our facility is located within a few miles of the oceanfront as well as downtown Norfolk. The city has a long reputation and hosts events like the East Coast Surfing Championships and the North American Sand Soccer Championship. The boardwalk offers restaurants, nightspots, and amusement rides. Sports enthusiasts can find golf courses, sea kayaking, and miles of hiking trails. The City of Norfolk is home to the Norfolk Tides (AAA baseball) and the Norfolk Admirals (ECHL hockey).

Nearby venues include the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts and the Virginia Symphony Orchestra. The Chrysler Museum and Chrysler Center are near downtown.
