• Base salary up to $225k for experienced, full‑time emergency veterinarians

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Current state license to practice veterinary medicine in Virginia
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment

• Willingness to rotate overnight shifts and maintain outstanding patient care under pressure

• Provide emergency veterinary care to companion animals and exotics
• Collaborate with chief veterinary staff and visiting specialists on diagnostic imaging and advanced procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to medical protocol standards
• Participate in on‑call rotations and overnight duty as needed
• Support a team‑focused, client‑centered culture and continuously improve practice quality
