Our patient population in our 20‑bed unit is diverse and includes but is not limited to CHF, Sickle Cell, Renal Failure, Diabetes, Vascular, Sepsis, COPD, Pneumonia, Osteomyelitis w/ Surgical Intervention, Wound Care, and varying disease processes. Our specialty is Observation short stay patients. We have 10 Observation beds.
EducationAssociates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required
Certification/Licensure- Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- NIH stroke scale
Must have two or more years of current acute care hospital experience.
