Hourly Rate: $225/hour with guaranteed hours
Contract Duration: Minimum 3 months
Supervision: Medical supervision
Shifts: Flexible (8's, 10's, 12's)

Job Description:
A Private Practice Anesthesia Group is located in the vibrant community of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a team on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable anesthesia group in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vital signs during surgical, obstetrical, and other medical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide post-anesthetic care, including pain management and monitoring for complications.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in anesthesia practice.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and licensure in the state of Virginia.
• Experienced CRNAs are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including rotating holidays as required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
