We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Covington, VA.
- Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and reduce complications.
- Utilize EMR systems for documentation and patient tracking.
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
- Contribute to care planning and patient outcomes improvement.
Flexible full‑time or part‑time schedule, typically ending by 5:00 p.m., with no after‑hours work. Compensation starts at $130 K annually, negotiable based on experience. Benefits include training, a company vehicle, travel in a company plane, health/dental insurance, paid time off, and professional development. Prior home health experience is a plus. Candidates must hold Virginia licensure, have a valid driver’s license, and possess strong clinical and communication skills.
