Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant at Medfamily Wellcare Center

Mobile wound care team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.

• Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in patients' homes and care facilities.
• Perform bedside procedures such as debridement and dressing changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuous, quality care.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care.
• Virginia licensure as NP or PA; wound care or home health experience preferred but training provided.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
