• Position will manage a growing 35+ bed ED that sees over 52,000 annual patient visits
• Very well-supported by a Nurse Manager, team of Assistant Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses and a Department Educator
• Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer

Primary responsibilities include oversight for the strategic and visionary direction of the department, establishing goals and objectives, serving as a mentor to the nursing team, ensuring regulatory compliance, building and maintaining positive physician relationships, and ensuring the best patient care is provided to the community consistently.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required / Master's degree preferred (MSN, MHA, MBA)
• Active RN License
• 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
• 2+ years of ER leadership experience
• INSPIRATIONAL and collaborative leadership style
• Proven track record of success in leading teams, improving employee engagement, ED metrics, and patient experience/satisfaction
• Must be able to build positive and collaborative relationships across all levels
