Crane Operator

Our client, a major distribution site, is seeking a Crane Operator to join their team in Virginia Beach, VA. As a Crane Operator, you will be part of the warehouse team transferring materials in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork and problem‑solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

• Operating a Crane in a warehouse environment
• Moving products utilizing the crane and placing them in various places within the warehouse
• Records material transfers, storage and other movements on PCs, CRTs, or hand‑held electronic units, ensuring accuracy of information
• Loads trucks or other transit containers with completed orders of finished products of goods in process
• Unloading raw materials, goods in process, and/or finished goods from trucks or other transit containers and transfers items to designated stock location

• Experience or training operating a crane is required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
• Reliable Transportation
