Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a supportive team in a clean, high‑tech environment.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Assemble electro‑mechanical components, cables, and wire harnesses using tools like crimpers and wire strippers.
• Perform point‑to‑point wiring and equipment installations with precision.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while keeping your workspace organized and safe.
• Document work accurately in production and quality forms.
• Obtain a DoD security clearance (company will assist if required).

• Experience in assembly, production, or similar hands‑on work.
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with mechanical or electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or diagrams.
• Bonus:
  Experience with electronics, soldering, fiber optics, or cable assembly.
• Certifications like WHMA/IPC‑A‑620 or IPC‑A‑610 are a plus (or willingness to obtain).

• 2+ years of assembly experience preferred.
• High School diploma required; technical or electronics training is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic problem‑solving skills and ability to follow processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Virginia Beach, VA.
