The Human Resources team is looking for a Machine Operator / Chopper/Joiner to join our production team. You will support the creation and distribution of diploma frames in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality and safety, and a willingness to help teammates are essential.

• Inspect all component parts to ensure they meet quality standards and match the bundling ticket.
• Learn product lines and operate machinery in your department, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ensure finished products meet all quality standards.
• Work in other departments and machine areas as needed.

• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Multitask and attend to assigned work efficiently and on schedule.
• Record any quality or scrap issues.
• Report safety concerns or quality issues to management.
• Act as a team player by completing additional tasks based on business demand.

• Strong communication skills and a self‑starter attitude.
• Prior experience as a CNC or machine operator is highly encouraged.
• Proficient reading, writing, and math skills relevant to job duties, including ruler use.
• Ability to recognize colors, materials, and sizes to optimize yields.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime.

Daily activity includes: lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting, climbing steps or a ladder. The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours or more, work in a moderate or above‑moderate noise environment, and perform repetitive arm, wrist, and elbow motions.
