What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Recruit, build, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, Regional Directors, and Regional Vice Presidents for FED and SLED markets
  • Own Public Sector revenue targets and drive consistent attainment of quarterly and annual goals
  • Define and execute market expansion strategies across FED and SLED segments, focusing on high-value opportunities
  • Develop and implement a high-growth sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Optimize the sales process for improved win rates, deal velocity, and team productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 10+ years of progressive Public Sector sales leadership experience in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Deep understanding of the dynamics and challenges within Federal and SLED markets
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing distributed enterprise sales teams
  • Proven track record of driving growth and improving sales performance metrics
  • Strong command of solution and value-based selling methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience navigating complex Public Sector procurement and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Command of the Message
