Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

In this role, the housekeeper fully supports the Maintenance team and is responsible for the daily cleaning of the leasing office and fitness center, as well as a weekly schedule to clean all breezeways, entry hallways, laundry rooms, and light globes. The housekeeper is also responsible for touch‑up cleaning on apartment turnovers and may assist in the preparation of vacant apartments.

Primary Duties include but are not limited to:

• Reports directly to the Service Manager.
• Ensures the cleanliness of building entrances.
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and property amenities.

Knowledge and

Skills:

• Maintenance experience is not needed but is helpful.
• Willingness to work.

Interaction With Other Employees and The Public:

• Must be able to interact courteously and professionally with the public and other employees.

Physical Demands:

• This is an onsite position.
• Lifting roughly 20-25lbs
• Walking, climbing and bending.
