Overview
United Restoration, Inc. is looking for an IICRC certified technician to work in a dual role of crew leader/content manager for our contents cleaning, inventory and pack-out division, and as water tech. Part-time position.
Responsibilities- Inventory, boxing and packing contents from the customer's home due to water, smoke or soot damage
- Clean and inventory contents and carefully pack them for return to the customer's home after cleaning
- Identify items that cannot be cleaned or salvaged
- Physical labor to including lifting of 50-75 LBs
- Able to work independently or with other team members
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Good organizational skills and time management required
- Prior residential construction/general cleaning knowledge and experience preferred
- Proven work history demonstrating reliability and dependability
- A valid Driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory
- Must pass a Background and Drug screening
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with Xactimate estimating software a plus
- Experience with Encircle preferred
