- Communicate effectively with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners
- Manage claim files from inspection through submission
- Strong working knowledge of Xactimate
- Understanding of residential construction and damage assessment
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Active Virginia adjuster license or approved reciprocal/home state license
