Location:

Overview:
Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offered to clients. As a Business Analyst/Agile Project Manager, you will join the Business Transformation practice, dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Technical Business Analysis
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria
Analyze existing business processes to identify optimization opportunities
Ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives, defining project scope and key performance indicators
Work closely with QA Engineers and stakeholders to facilitate testing and ensure product quality
Provide support for user training, testing, and documentation efforts
Agile Delivery
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Remove impediments, ensuring smooth project execution and continuous Agile maturity
Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and risk mitigation
Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
Support system implementations, integrations, and enhancements in collaboration with IT teams
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Agile Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master
Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile) and project execution
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on business process optimization
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM)
Experience with enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, or data analytics tools
Knowledge of SQL, business intelligence tools, or API integrations
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $170,000 or the hourly equivalent.
