Your work directly strengthens program readiness, supports accurate and audit‑ready property accountability, and ensures compliance with federal and contract regulations. By coordinating efficient procurement workflows and maintaining reliable asset tracking, you help prevent delays, reduce risks, and uphold strong relationships with Navy and Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate procurement actions for contractor‑acquired and government property across multiple programs.
- Manage start‑to‑finish procurement workflows including vendor quotes, purchase requests, approvals, and coordination with buyers and government personnel.
- Serve as the Government Furnished Property (GFP) Custodian; maintain asset accountability and tracking using the eQuip Government Property Management System.
- Prepare and submit Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reports; conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure compliance with federal property regulations.
- Review JIRA Software Trouble Report tickets for documentation accuracy and workflow compliance.
- Support project reporting by consolidating monthly status updates, tracking project meetings, and preparing sprint summaries.
- Review procurement requests for completeness, including Information Technology Purchase Request (ITPR) compliance and DoD Enterprise Software Initiative/Enterprise License Agreements (ESI/ELA) guidelines for software purchases.
- Process property transfers, generate receipt documentation, and maintain signed records in SharePoint and eQuip.
- Coordinate with Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), property teams, technical Points of Contact (POCs), and vendors to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience; OR
- Master’s degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience; OR
- High School Diploma/equivalent and 7 years of relevant experience in a government contracting environment.
- Working knowledge of federal procurement regulations and government property management standards.
