requirements- hold the u.s. Navy intelligence specialist (is) k23a nec or the information warfare intelligence officer 183x designator
- have completed at least 1 tour of duty as a u.s. Navy instructor
- have completed at least 1 tour of duty onboard a u.s. Navy afloat platform
- eight or more years of recent (within the last 5 years) intelligence strike and/or targeting experience
- three years of experience in curriculum development
- three years of experience developing performance-based training materials/assessments
- knowledge of u.s. Navy/dod guidance documented used in the development of task-based curriculum
- experience using content planning module (cpm), learning object module (lom), and moodle to develop, update, manage and integrate training content
- experience developing curriculum in accordance with ready relevant learning (rrl) guidelines
- master training specialist designation
src is a contractor for the u.s. Government, this position will require u.s. Citizenship as well as, a u.s. Government security clearance at the top secret / sci level
