• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications from a compliance perspective
• Collaborate with business and IT application owners to onboard applications into the environment
• Conduct regular health checks of the application inventory to ensure compliance
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams
• Track project activities and provide regular status updates to management

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience in IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to track current activities and alert management of potential project risks

• Experience in a compliance-focused role within the insurance industry
• Familiarity with software application lifecycle management
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the insurance sector
• Previous experience working with external application vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
