Delaware Nation Industries is supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA). We provide enterprise management and technical support of the NSWCDD DNA by providing assistance in policy, procedures, seat refresh, engineering/technical solutions, ordering to Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) and the Naval Networking Environment (NNE) strategy.

The IT Portfolio Manager and Budget Analyst for NCMI and RDT&E networks will primarily assist in developing processes to ensure compliance and monitor consumable and operational procurements. The IT Portfolio Manager will ensure budget and asset inventory deadlines are met. Additionally, the position will perform Customer Technical Representative (CTR) duties in accordance with NAV-ITIS policy.

• Maintain Software, Hardware, and Support Service Period of performance database
• Provide support of Enterprise services, ELA, procurements and spending for the ITPfM to ensure budget and asset inventories are met
• Provide ITPR CTR support with specific focus on NAV-ITS policy
• Provide reporting and support for ITPfM to ensure procurement records are maintained and available
• Provide customer service initial contact support for on-site staff that visit the customer support division

• 5+ years working within a Data Analysis/Administrative role
• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
• Strong written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel - running and creating functions, pivot table and charts
• Cyber Security Workforce level IAT II
• Experienced Navy oversight of Enterprise services, ELA, procurements and spending
• DoD Secret Security Clearance

• Familiarity with CTR NAV-ITS regulations and associated tools
• Experience facilitating communication with vendors and customers, ensuring on-time deliveries and accurate billing.
