About The Role
We’re looking for an early-career recruiter who’s eager to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition while gaining exposure to global mobility and international hiring. This role is ideal for someone with initial recruiting or HR experience who wants to learn, grow, and expand their skill set in a supportive, collaborative environment.
You’ll join an energetic, team-oriented HR group that values curiosity, development, and partnership. Training and mentorship are provided, with opportunities to grow both as a recruiter and as an HR professional.
What You'll Do
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Communicate with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
- Assist with offers, onboarding, and recruiting administration
- Track recruiting activity and help maintain accurate candidate records
Global Mobility & International Hiring
- Learn the basics of global mobility, including international hiring and relocation processes
- Support coordination of work authorization, immigration, and relocation activities with guidance from HR and external partners
- Help track documentation and compliance requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for candidate questions related to relocation or work authorization, with support
- Work closely with HR, recruiting, and cross-functional partners
- Participate in training, job shadowing, and process improvement initiatives
- Continuously build skills in recruiting, global HR practices, and compliance
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, coordination, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Interest in recruiting and learning global mobility or international HR practices
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with ATS systems or HR tools is a plus, but not required
