A leading nonprofit conservation organization is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support the People & Culture Department. This part-time position (30 hours/week) involves HR administration, maintaining employee records, processing FMLA and disability claims, and recruitment support. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of HR experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in HRIS systems.

Experience with Paylocity is a plus. Competitive salary range of $38,000 - $43,000 offered.
