The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the standards of cleanliness are met. They assign tasks, inspect work to ensure it s up to standard, and provide training on how to best handle customers  requests.

• Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Inspect all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.
• Provide efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department
• Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms including nametags and designated PPE.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce those standards consistently.
• Identify associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retaining them appropriately.
• Complete accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents
• Perform all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning
• Verify and update the status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift
• Perform opening and closing shift duties.
• Notify maintenance department of maintenance repairs necessary
• Monitor cleanliness of hotels including parking lot and exterior entrances.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• General Education High School GED Required
• Able to communicate in English verbal and written.
• Previous experience in a similar role required
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritization and time management skills required.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
