Lead with Purpose – Help Create Exceptional Events. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Banquet Setup Supervisor to lead evening banquet operations. This role ensures all event spaces are perfectly set, clean, and guest-ready, while supporting a collaborative and professional team environment. • Supervise the banquet setup team, ensuring smooth and efficient room setups and breakdowns
• Work closely with the Banquet Lead Supervisor and Banquet Manager to ensure consistent service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all banquet areas, storage rooms, and service corridors
• Assist in managing team schedules and payroll reporting
• Ensure all equipment is properly stored, cleaned, and maintained after use
• Perform safety checks, including electrical hookups, lighting, and room temperature
• Refresh meeting and event spaces during breaks and as needed
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary
• Conduct regular deep cleaning and maintenance of banquet setups
• Train and support team members in proper setup procedures and safety protocols

This position requires schedule flexibility, including open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our event schedule. Candidates must be reliable and willing to work non-traditional hours as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banquets or hospitality; supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lead by example and communicate effectively with both team and management
• Physically able to stand, walk, lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs. during the shift
• High school diploma preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
