Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — In-Home Services

Overview

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide full-time, in-home ABA services to a client in Virginia Beach, Virginia
.

This role offers a consistent weekday schedule of 30 hours per week
, which is classified as full-time in accordance with company policy
. It is an excellent opportunity for an RBT who enjoys building strong therapeutic relationships, working independently in a home setting, and partnering closely with families while receiving strong clinical support from a supervising BCBA.

Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
  • In-home services only
  • Consistent, full-time schedule (30 hours/week)
What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and document accurate session data
  • Support communication, behavior regulation, and daily living skills
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times

This is a non-exempt, hourly position
, paid for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing required
  • Previous experience providing in-home ABA services required
  • Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
  • Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism
  • Consistent availability for the required full-time schedule
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and family-centered care
