Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients and families on home exercises, safety, and progress
Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary meetings

Requirements:
Active Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Excellent communication, evaluation, and treatment planning skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
