About the Position
Allied Travel Careers is working with Acruex Health to find a qualified Cath Lab Tech in Chesapeake, Virginia, 23320!
Pay Rate: $69.00 - $73.00/Hourly.
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 19:00),Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 19:00).
Summary:
The Cath Lab Technologist assists physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. This role is responsible for operating specialized imaging equipment, monitoring patients, and maintaining a sterile environment while ensuring patient safety and high-quality procedural outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Assist cardiologists and interventional physicians during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
Scrub, circulate, and/or monitor during procedures as assigned.
Prepare patients for procedures, including patient education, positioning, and sterile prep.
Operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
Monitor patient status, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms throughout procedures.
