We’re actively seeking December graduates in Psychology, Human Services, Education, or related fields who are eager to begin their careers supporting individuals with Autism. If you’re completing your degree this semester and looking for a hands-on, meaningful role with growth opportunities, we would love to speak with you.
Pay: From $13 per hour (Pay increase upon hire as an RBT)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No nights, no weekends

Internship Highlights:
Paid, full-time internship (4 weeks)
40-hour RBT training included
Hands-on experience with real clients
Mentorship from experienced professionals
Career development with a clear path to becoming a BCBA
What You’ll Do:
Complete required 40-hour RBT training
Participate in hands-on skill-building sessions
Shadow experienced RBTs and work directly with clients
Assist in behavior data collection and implementation of treatment plans
Receive coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
What We’re Looking For:
Recent college graduates (Juniors/Seniors also considered)
Passion for working with children with autism
Strong interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Team player with excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
No prior experience needed – training is provided
