Pay: $20 - $27 per hour.

Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

• Current RBT Certification (required)
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques (preferred)
• Background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)

• Competitive pay: $20 - $27 per hour
