Reports to: Home Care Coordinator

Schedule: PRN Flexible Scheduling (As Needed)

As a Personal Care Aide (PCA), you will provide essential personal care services to clients on the Westminster-Canterbury campus and in the greater Hampton Roads community.

• Bathing and grooming
• Assistance with daily living activities
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Accompanying clients to appointments
• All other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• PCA Certificate preferred or equivalent healthcare experience
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
• Willingness to drive to private homes in the Virginia Beach area
• One year of supervised nursing assistant experience (preferred)
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Compensation: $16.40/hour
