Clinical Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Maintain and implement nursing policies and procedures in support of the Wellness Director and clinical team.
  • Ensure delivery of compassionate quality care and adequate services and staff coverage, using the Smart Linx app for scheduling.
  • Manage PTO requests for clinical staff and ensure approval by the Wellness Director to support resident care scheduling.
  • Assist with implementation and assurance that all clinical employees follow company policies and procedures, and administer, coordinate, and direct all activities, including benefit enrollment during orientation.
  • Actively engage in recruitment and staffing activities to attract and retain staff in the community.
  • Responsibilities and qualifications may vary per state requirement.
Qualifications
  • Two‑years supervisory/management experience with direct care staff.
