As Patient Access Rep with Sentara, you will work in Patient Registration in the Emergency Department and other registration areas. Primary duties include positively identifying patients, collecting demographic and insurance information, and admitting patients. You will work with clinical and non‑clinical staff. Promotion opportunities exist such as Patient Access Rep II/III, Team Leader, and Team Coordinator. Teamwork is exceptional and everyone works together to ensure the best care for our patients.
