Full-Time, Monday-Friday (5:45 AM - 2:30 PM)

Important:
You will be required to sit, stand, bend, walk and lift up to 50 lbs. for the duration of the shift; you must wear personal protective equipment including surgical gowns, masks, visors or goggles, and caps.
- Tissue Processing:
Reviews work orders or processing instructions/scheduling prior to initiating production. Works with production supervisors to adjust plans as needed. Performs all aspects of processing tissue (debridement, dissection, cutting, cleaning and disinfection, sizing, assessing) according to current procedures and protocols. Assists supervisory team in production enhancement and improvement initiatives. - Packaging:
Perform all aspects of packaging and preservation of tissue products (confirmation of sizing, quality, packaging materials, cryopreservation, etc.) according to current procedures and protocols. - Documentation & Data Entry:
Document all processes and functions performed in accordance with all procedures and protocols. - Decontamination:
Perform post-processing decontamination of equipment and the processing room according to current procedures and protocols.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School or GED required
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Two years of work experience is required
Preferred Experience /Skills/
Certifications:
- Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS) Certification preferred
- One (1) year Tissue Processing, Tissue Recovery, Manufacturing, Operations, or as a Surgical Technician
- Two (2) years’ experience working in a non-clerical, fast-paced, hands-on setting
Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Able to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Able to convey information verbally and in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Computer Software, Databases
- Able to learn new skills, grafts, and adapt to developing product lines
- Able to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Technical skills (preferred), General knowledge of anatomy, able to use surgical instrumentation and equipment

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $20.36 / hourly. Final compensation will be based on geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
