Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage tax engagements for a diverse client portfolio, with an emphasis on individual (1040) and business tax returns.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop tax staff and managers to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Review complex returns, ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws, and identify tax‑saving opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering proactive guidance and tax planning strategies.
  • Assist with practice growth through client relationship management and business development.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10+ years of tax experience in public accounting.
  • Strong background with 1040 tax work is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and client relationships.
  • Excellent technical tax knowledge and problem‑solving abilities.

This role is ideal for an experienced tax professional with a strong background in individual taxation (1040s) and the ability to lead and mentor staff in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and review complex individual (1040), partnership, corporate, and trust tax returns.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff accountants and seniors.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships by delivering high‑quality service.
  • Identify planning opportunities and provide value‑added tax advisory support.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting.
  • Strong proficiency with 1040 tax returns.
