• Oversee and perform tax compliance activities for individuals and businesses
• Prepare and review Federal and State income tax returns
• Lead tax planning strategies and projections
• Conduct tax research, tax resolution, and correspondence
• Manage client information requests and deliverables
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returns
• Maintain quality standards across all engagements
• Support special tax projects and organizational initiatives
• Collaborate closely with team members, leadership, and clients
• Assist with broader initiatives as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 8+ years of relevant tax experience
• CPA or EA obtained or actively in progress (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Solid understanding of accounting, finance, budgeting, and GAAP
• Advanced computer skills; experience with Thomson Reuters software is a plus
• Proficiency in Ultra Tax or similar tax software, Quick Books, and accounting systems
• Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams and levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
